The Association of British Bookmakers is the leading trade association for betting shop operators on the UK’s high streets.
The Association of British Bookmakers wanted to take an innovative approach and create a website that highlighted their key messages to stakeholders which include political figures and regulatiry bodies. The objective was to publish it in a visual manner that would be both appealing and effective.
Design and branding.
Kickstarting the journey from a content heavy website, including industry news and press releases. The Association of British Bookmakers’ brand identity was integrated into our designs process at an early stage of the project and it was essential to creating a site that stakeholders would be delighted with.

Overall, the exciting project consisted of designing a website fully compatible for all desktop, tablets and mobile screens; bringing design to life through the implementation of interactive features.
A high specification of functionalities were achieved and delivered, but security of the website was paramount in every aspect of the project.
The functional specifications of the web project was not without its challenges and the new system had to meet all requirements. The website was developed on WordPress Content Management System, which is the world number one CMS and used by millions of website worldwide.
